The Sisi Skirt builds serious volume the old fashioned way, with bamboo cotton gathered over a base of eco tulle and hip pads built in to hold the shape out and away from the body. It's finished with a structured cactus leather waistband that grounds all that fullness with something sharper and more modern than a traditional ball gown would use.

It's named for Empress Elisabeth of Austria, known as Sisi, who was famous across Europe for her elaborate gowns and her obsession with an impossibly cinched waist, and who was ultimately assassinated in 1898. This skirt takes the drama of her silhouette and pairs it with a harder edge, built for someone who wants the volume without losing any of the sharpness.
