We accept returns if the item is:

Unworn, undamaged, and unaltered

Returned with original tags attached

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

You’ll receive a full refund, return shipping covered by SCATHED.

TWO YEARS OF PROTECTION

Every SCATHED piece is backed by a two year guarantee.

For two years from purchase, your piece is protected with:

Free repairs, or

Exchange for store credit

If it fails before its time, we take responsibility.

After two years, your piece doesn’t die—it transforms. Customers may return lightly used SCATHED items and receive 30% off their next purchase.

Returned items are:

Inspected and restored
