Penance Cut-Out Maxi Skirt with Chain and Cross Detail

The Penance Skirt starts with a clean cactus leather waistband, then takes it somewhere else entirely. Cutouts at both hips reveal skin through triangular openings, held together by O-ring hardware that gold chains loop through and cross over the front and back of the skirt. Small cross charms hang off the draped chains, catching light and swinging slightly with every step.
